StAnza 2016

Finally home from StAnza after a three night stay in St Andrews. I had a ball, especially with the readings by Donna Stonecipher, Lemn Sissay, and Sean O’Brien.

But this year I was particularly thrilled to be a participant. I was commissioned with three other poets to respond to artefacts in MUSA (Museum of the University of St Andrews) as part of this year’s Festival theme of Architecture.

The poems were on display in MUSA, and also as part of a digital installation at the Festival Hub in the Byre Theatre.

Many thanks to Eleanor Livingstone and Annie Rutherford, who looked after the whole Festival so well.
